In July 2009, The Mileage Company brings added value to BA Executive Club's popular Companion Voucher reward after conducting an in-depth programme of customer feedback.

The changes strengthen the position of British Airways and American Express as market leaders in card rewards.
A popular reward for BA Executive Club members, a Companion Voucher is given for every £10,000 spent on a British Airways American Express Premium Plus Credit Card in a year.
When Cardholders book using BA Miles, the BA Executive Club's currency, the Voucher lets them take a companion on the same flight, in the same cabin, without paying the flight price.
All Companion Vouchers earned from 1 July 2009 will be valid for an extra year, giving Cardholders 24 months to plan that special trip. On top, two Companion Vouchers can be used for the same trip - so Cardholders booking a flight for two using BA Miles can take two companions without paying their flight price.
